It is widely assumed that the [[fifth character]], to be revealed at Blizzcon 2010, October 22-23, will be an archer, or some sort of specialist in ranged attacks. Whether the class will be called an "archer" or "rogue" or something else is unknown.

There will be archery in Diablo 3, but only [[NPCs]] and [[Skeletal Archer|monsters]] have been seen using [[bows]], thus far.
