 The required legendary material, [[Living Flame]] is difficult to obtain without any sources that can be found reliably. Players should farm the Silver Spire level 2 in Act 4 and hope to encounter one of the unique Morlu Casters, or check the Act Four bounties in each new game, looking for one that targets Sao'Thall or Rhau'Kye for a guaranteed chance at the material drop.
