The [[Insatiable Belt]] is a [[legendary belt]] that can be found in Reaper of Souls, only from Act One [[Horadric Caches]].

This item can only be found and word by any class. The [[Smart Drop]] system ensures that this belt will usually roll with the [[mainstat]] appropriate to the class that finds it. Belts can roll with +skill bonuses as well, and these will also usually get Smart Loot'ed to appropriate skills for your class.

==Insatiable Belt stats==

The belt has a [[legendary affix]] that increases maximum hit points for a limited time. Players consider the bonus of dubious benefit, as it's prone to wearing off just when a character is in the most danger and needs more hit points, not fewer.
