Lecterns are [[clickable]] objects found all throughout the catacombs beneath the [[Tristram Cathedral]] in Act One of Diablo III. They are usually clickable, and will often drop a lore book, such as those by [[Lachdanan]] or [[Leoric]].

Once a character has found all of the [[lore book]]s eligible to drop in a given area, lecterns become semi-random drops, and may contribute [[scrolls]] of various types, [[potions]], [[gold]], or nothing at all.
