Living Lightning is a rune effect in [[Shock Pulse]], a Signature [[Wizard skill]].

This rune effect is a very odd one. It creates a being of lightning, which seems to stride forward on two overlong legs, zapping everything it encounters for 36% weapon damage as Lightning. The damage is much lower than the base skill, but the potential for piercing and hitting multiple enemies raises its effectiveness, when used against large groups.
