On a note of [[Lilith]] appearing in the pandemonium event, this could possibly have a relation to what happens in the sin war books. When [[Uldyssian]] defeats the last bastion of the [[triune]] (when lilith is in control of the cult), lilith survives the destruction with the help of [[Inarius]] which then proceeds to encapsulate her in a void of some sort, kinda like the orb in [[Diablo: Moon of the Spider]]. The place which the heroes venture to might be this same place, which Lilith (given much time) manage to build for herself inside that void. Considering her "might" and since she was one of the builders of [[Sanctuary]]

That's is true, but that is not nesserary wrong, since we don't really know what ''really'' happend to [[Inarius]] and depending on how much control and the power to maintain it he had over where [[Lilith]] was held, this could have dwindled over time and that would give Lilith the possibility to get information through. Even without the last part, there is possibilites that she still had minions in [[Sanctuary]] that provided her with information.
