A few notes:
* Runes have been added. Obviously.
* "Active" was removed because it's no longer necessary. Replaced with Tier and clvl because that's the first thing I thought of.
* Prereqs were removed. Synergies can probably be removed too. I haven't decided yet.
* "Quantity" was changed to "Amount" only because I find it less confusing. Maybe Quantity reminds me of the specific use it has in D2.
