Malthael is one of the five ruling members of the Angiris Council that governs the High Heavens and the Heavenly Host. The Angiris Council inhabits the central meeting chamber of the legendary Silver City.
Description
A gaunt figure with a black breastplate and black robes.
Background
Archangel Malthael is a close friend of Archangel Imperius. However, when Imperius called for a vote to decide Sanctuary's fate, Malthael cast an Abstain vote. Imperius was satisfied nonetheless. A tie would mean Santuary's destruction.
