Blood Ties is an Event in Chapter III that occurs in The Barracks Level 2 - as The Barracks is an optional side dungeon, this may not appear every game.
In this event, you help a soldier find his brother on the bottom floor of The Barracks.
Reward: 2325 xp in Normal mode at level 28.
