Changes

This item has a [[legendary affix]] that adds a useful amount of damage over time to targets nearby. The damage from the pants isn't a game changer, but it can help a lot with steady damage to a large number of nearby enemies. The poison damage granted by Pox Faulds acts as a static spell, casting a poison cloud over a fixed area (much as [[Ghom]] does). The spell has a 10-second cooldown before another poison cloud can be generated.
