Background
When the wise and noble Hakan I died when he fell ill, his young son Hakan II took the throne, and much has been changed for the worse in Kehjistan. Many think of Hakan II as incompetent, and much of the empire has fallen in ruins.
Speculation
Hakan II has been mentioned in passing several times by Abd al-Hazir and other sources, but no good conclusive information source is available. It's very possible he is yet another puppet by the dark forces, changing things to make it easier for the demonic hordes to march in and take over.
