What does it mean?

Does anyone know what "Librarius Ex Horadrim" really mean? Is it like "The library of the Horadrim" or perhaps a name of a book series? Can we make an article about "Librarius Ex Horadrim" without making fools out of ourselves? I tried googling it, but it doesn't seem to be a very common phrase "Librarius Ex"...

It's clearly part of in-world books regardless, and deserves separate articles. --Leord 13:28, 15 October 2009 (CEST)
