He has worked for a company called [[Relic Entertainment]] before, and was the lead designer on [[Dawn of War]], an [[RTS]] game not completely unlike {{wl|[http://www.starcraftwire.net/wiki/StarCraft StarCraft]}}. Jay has also worked on the huge [[MMO]] {{wl|[http://www.worldofwar.net/ World of WarCraft]}}, where he has been immortalised as "Ja'y Nosliw" the Skybreaker General.
