We got the descriptions of every skill in this tree, but missed the names of two in a row on the top tier. Make up a cool name yourself, if you feel that it needs one. This is possibly the most straight-forward skill in the entire game. Obvious function, straight linear progression of improvement. It's almost akin to a Juggernaut Weapons Mastery, but note that it only increases the damage, not the to/hit.
