When the wise and noble [[Hakan I]] died after he fell ill, his young son [[Hakan II]] took the throne, and much has been changed for the worse in [[Kehjistan]]. Many think of [[Hakan II]] as incompetent, and much of the empire has fallen in ruins.

Hakan II has been mentioned in passing several times by [[Abd al-Hazir]] and other sources, but no good conclusive information source is available. It's very possible he is yet another puppet by the dark forces, changing things to make it easier for the demonic hordes to march in and take over.
