This skill spell is similar to a sort of cold inferno, reminiscent of the fire-based Disintegrate spell; however, it does not pass through targets or increase Druid's Arctic Blast skill from Diablo 2. It deals relatively weak damage over time. This spell seems useful for freezing and keeping enemies at bay, adding to but has the Wizard's arsenal chilling effect of offensive spells that double as protection against melee creaturesall cold skills, and is therefore useful for slowing down nearby attackers.
