'''War Cry''' was available in the [[Blizzcon 2010]] demo, but the Barbarian had no points invested in it. Skill tiers were removed for the [[July 2011 Press Event]], and War Cry became a level 14 skill. The skill system was once again overhauled for the [[Beta Patch 13]], and War Cry was classified as a Tactics skill and moved to level 21there are no gameplay reports describing it.
Skill tiers were removed for the [[July 2011 Press Event]], allowing skills to unlock steadily from levels 1 to 30. Consequently, all skill levels were adjusted and War Cry became a level 14 skill.
