Mantra of Healing (formerly named Holy Aura) is a Mantra Monk skill unlocked at Level 26. The Monk activates an aura that increases health regeneration.
This skill was considerably overpowered upon release, and was nerfed in a patch a week after release. That "hotfix" lowered the bonus healing for 3 seconds after the cast from 4x to 2x, as well as nerfing the benefits from Boon of Protection.

* On May 23, 2012, the added healing bonus for 3 seconds after cast was nerfed from 4x to 2x normal. This figure is not yet reflected in-game tooltip menus.

Before the July 2011 Press Event, Holy Aura was renamed Mantra of Healing. Skill tiers were also removed, and Mantra of Healing became a level 14 skill.
Nerfed Post-Release
The main problem with this and some other Monk defensive effects was the possibility of a party of four Monks repeatedly casting them in a coordinated cycle. This could provide essentially infinite protection, as the 3 second bonuses after each casting, rotated between four monks, effectively negated the 12 second cooldowns built into the skill recasting timers.
