Regular "boss" monsters are normal monsters with increased stats and special [[boss modifiers]]. These types of monsters, in Diablo III, are referred to as [[elite]]s. Elites are not bosses, but they play into the [[end game]] with the [[Nephalem Valor]] [[buff]] system.
