* There is another Prior to [[Patch 2.1]] there was a set voodoo mask with the exact same name and icon and lore (but different stats), in the [[Mask of Jeram (set)|Mask of Jeram set itemHelltooth Harness]]set. This was an obvious bug in the title, and it was corrected in August 2014 with the set helm renamed the [[Helltooth HarnessMask]] item set.

This item has a [[legendary affix]] that greatly boosts the damage of pets, making it perhaps one of the most sought after Witch Doctor helm option helms in the game.
* All stats listed in the database scale up to the level of this item when dropped.
This duplication is [http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/12296739621 very confusing to fans] and it's assumed that Blizzard messed up the set item name (since every other item in the set is called "Helltooth ________") and will change it once they finally catch on.
===Name Changed===
The bug was fixed in [[Patch 2.1]] when the set helm was renamed the "[[Helltooth Mask]]." This item was unchanged in that patch.
