1. From the Quest Selection screen take Act I quest No.7, Blood and Sand > Waterlogged Passage
2. Take the Waypoint to Dahlgur Oasis.
3. Head north. Ssthrass is in the very north on a bridge into the Waterlogged Passage.
4. Leave the game, Resume Game and repeat steps.

Special Notes:

• Ssthrass has a possibility of dropping Iron Wolves Doctrine a Legendary material required for the Asheara's Vestments set.
