Blood Cellar
Blood Cellar appears in the Black Canyon Mines. It's a small single storey dungeon filled with packs of Fallen Hounds feasting on piles of corpses. They ignore you until you attack them at which point all packs will attack you.
After you have killed them all a survivor will crawl out from where he's been hiding under a big pile of corpses, thanks you and gives you an item (nothing that good) as a thank you. It's not a quest or event.
