This rune effect surrounds the Witch Doctor with a tornado of bats, dealing 195% weapon damage as Fire to anything that gets too near the Witch Doctor.
This is one of the highest damage versions version of Fire Bats, but the increase comes at least to a single target. Note that the cost - The Witch Doctor has to ber be very close to the target to keep , sacrificing both the safety of range, the damage increasing over timeaccuracy, though and the reliability of the other Firebats variations.
