The Witch Doctor sends forth spirits to barrage the enemy to death.
Skill Design
Another AoE damaging skill, will probably help a lot against ranged casters, since a critical hit from this spell will silence them, and keep damaging them until the spell's duration is over, bringing them to their last bit of health.

Spirit Barrage was first seen in the BlizzCon 2009 demo, and is a new skill. It is unknown if this skill was iterated, at least publicly.
