Skill Design[edit | edit source]

Double Strike is passive, giving the Barbarian a chance to swing both weapons at once. This means that when the chance activates (procs), you swing one of your weapons and then swing your other weapon without impairing or resetting the swing timer on the other weapon.

If we understand the term "swing" correctly, then it means this extra attack works like the normal attack, and has a chance to miss, to be blocked, to be parried etc. It also has chance to use effects on the weapon (Ice for example), if such exist and to deal damage somewhere between the minimum and the maximum as usual.

It becomes activated from the moment you spend a skill point into it. This skill is superb for dual wielding Barbarians of any character build. It is likely much more beneficial if the dual wielded weapons are high in damage instead of fast.
