Blizzard sells wall calendars with artwork of all their games. [1] These are formatted just like other glossy, monthly calendars commonly given as Christmas or New Year's presents, with a title image, a back page showing all of the individual images, and then one large image for each month, above a grid of the days of that month.

The days often have some Blizzard trivia or other inside info on them, along with the standard listing of holidays and other typical calendar features.

  • The Diablo 3 2010 wall calendar went on sale in late 2009, at BlizzCon, and was later added to Blizzard's online store, for $14.
  • The Diablo 3 2011 wall calendar was revealed in July 2010, with sales links through the Blizzard store, as well as Amazon.com/UK.

2010 Calendar[edit | edit source]

2010 Diablo calendar.

The 2010 calendar debuted at BlizzCon in August 2009, where it could be obtained in the Blizzard Store. It was subsequently added to the online Blizzard store.

While the 12 months all come with lovely glossy images, none of them were "new" in terms of not having been released previously. The calendar can still be obtained from the Blizzard Store online, but presumably it will no longer be sold once 2010 ends.

2011 Calendar[edit | edit source]

December's evil Santa Clause Barbarian.

The 2011 wall calendar was revealed in early July, 2010, and can be pre-ordered from Amazon US or Amazon UK. More sales options, presumably including the Blizzard Store, will be added as the year grows nearer.

There are two "new" images in the 2011 calendar, pieces of art that had not been released/revealed before they were seen on the back cover of the calendar. One shows Tyrael with his glowing wings, and the other is a Christmas joke image of the Barbarian looking like an evil Santa Clause. An enlarged version of that image can be seen to the right.

2012 Calendar[edit | edit source]

The 2012 calendar has not yet been revealed, but should be on display by mid-2011.

Bashiok's Office[edit | edit source]

In November 2009, Bashiok posted a photo of his office, with his 2010 Diablo 3 calendar on the wall.
