Accursed are swift and acrobatic undead monsters that swarm players. Easy to kill one at a time, harder in greater numbers. They are first encountered in the Sewers of Caldeum in Act II.

  • This does not attack but it spawns Betrayed. It spawns up to 10 with only 2 active at any one time. Once it's exhausted its supply or is destroyed by the player it will explode.
  • It is immune to Blind, Fear, Freeze, Knockback, Slow and Stun.
