Vortex

Vortex is a boss modifier in Diablo III. It functions as the antithesis of the teleporting modifier, where the boss will teleport or otherwise ensnare the player, bringing them into melee range.

This modifier is inherently dangerous to ranged fighters and spellcasters. As of BlizzCon 2010, the animations associated to this modifier were practically non-existant.
