The set is comprised of six pieces of armor, the Helltooth Gauntlets, Helltooth Greaves, Helltooth Leg Guards, Helltooth Mantle, Helltooth Tunic, and Mask of Jeram.

These items are all Witch Doctor restricted and can not be equipped by any other class.
These items drop as loot, and are not crafted via the Blacksmith or Jeweler, though they can be improved via enchanting with the Mystic.
