Arcane Hydra
Arcane Hydra is a rune effect in Hydra, an Offensive Wizard skill that summons a triad of dragon heads to spit elemental attacks at nearby enemies.
This rune effect changes the Hydra to a purple Arcane dragon, which spits orbs that explode upon impact, dealing 28% weapn damage to the target and other nearby monsters.
