Blood Lust
Blood Lust is a rune effect in Rend, a Fury-spending Barbarian skill.
This rune effect heals the Barbarian for 9% of all damage done by Rend. This can be a very powerful effect, if used against large groups of enemies. It alone is not enough to keep the Barbarian alive while going toe-to-toe against especially nasty Elites, though.
