Painful Transformation
Painful Transformation is a rune effect in Hex, a Support Witch Doctor skill that summons a Fetish Shaman who then turns enemies into chickens.
This rune effect causes hexed (chicken-ified) targets to bleed for 12% weapon damage per second while they are in the transformed poultry mode. This is fairly insignificant damage compared to the damage a Witch Doctor should be pouring out onto the helpless target.
