Lightning Bolts
Lightning Bolts is a rune effect in Elemental Arrow, a Hatred-spending Demon Hunter skill.
This rune effect causes the Demon Hunter to fire electrified bolts, rather than arrows. These bolts deal lightning damage and will stun enemies for 1.5 seconds when they land a critical hit. (Crits are popped around 20% of the time from a high level Demon Hunter.)
