Arcane Mines
Arcane Mines is a rune effect in Arcane Torrent, an Offensive Wizard skill.
This rune effect changes the spell function entirely. Instead of issuing a fountain of destruction at a distant location, the Wizard drops trap-like mines that arm after 2 seconds and explode when an enemy moves into proximity. These mines deal 150% weapon damage, and debuff enemies by slowing their movement and attack speed by 30% for 3 seconds.

Prior to the skill revision in February 2012, this rune effect was enabled by the Obsidian Rune, granting the following effect with a level 7 runestone:
