Resentful Spirit
Resentful Spirit is a rune effect in Haunt, a a Spirit Realm Witch Doctor skill.
This rune effect greatly increases the damage while greatly reducing the duration. This effectively changes Haunt from a DoT supplementary attack to a single target direct damage attack.
