Penetrating Blast
Penetrating Blast is a rune effect in Magic Missile, a Signature Wizard skill projectile skill.
This rune effect does not change the base skill damage, but it adds a 70% chance for the MM to pierce through each target it hits, potentially striking multiple enemies in a straight line.
