Siphoning Blade
Siphoning Blade is a rune effect in Spectral Blade, a Signature Wizard skill that deals powerful damage at melee range.
This rune effect grants a resource gain, adding 1 point of Arcane Power for each enemy hit by each cast of the skill. Since Spectral Blade is a signature skill and free to cast, any resource gained by using it will add up very quickly, even on top of the Wizard's very fast regeneration rate.
