Unleashed
Unleashed is a rune effect in Explosive Blast, an Offensive Wizard skill.
This rune effect reduces the casting cost of Explosive Blast from 20 to 10 Arcane Power. As quickly as AP regenerates, this is almost free, in relative terms.
