The Spirit Is Willing
The Spirit is Willing is a rune effect in Spirit Barrage, a Spirit Realm Witch Doctor skill.
This rune effect retains the basic skill function while adding a substantial maan regeneration to the effect, triggered each time the barrage hits a target.
