Prism

Prism is a rune effect in Diamond Skin, a Utility Wizard skill with great defensive potential.
This rune effect grants a substantial reduction in the Arcane Power cost of all spells while Diamond Skin is active. This is only for 15 seconds, but can make a substantial difference, as many skills cost 5-10 AP, and will become free or nearly so while this buff is in effect. As such it can be useful even when the Wizard is not taking damage, purely for the resource reduction.
