Windforce Flurry is a rune effect of Way of the Hundred Fists, a Spirit-generating Monk skill.
This rune effect is unlocked at level 60, and adds a hugely-damaging wave of wind strike to the third hit that strikes multiple enemies directly in front of the Monk.
