Searing Light is a rune effect in Blinding Flash, a Spirit-spender Monk skill.

This rune effect is unlocked at level 41, and it doubles the % chance that Elites will miss their attacks.

Prior to the rune system overhaul introduced in February 2012, this effect was enabled by the Alabaster Rune runestone, which created the following effect:
