Angry Chicken is a rune effect in Hex, a Support Witch Doctor skill that summons a Fetish Shaman who then turns enemies into chickens.
This rune effect changes the skill function fundamentally, causing the Witch Doctor to turn into a chicken. This works like a time bomb, and after 5 seconds the character turns back to normal, exploding and dealing 215% weapon damage to all nearby enemies.
