Bait the Trap is a rune effect in Caltrops, a Discipline-spending Demon Hunter skill.
This rune effect retains the slowing effect of the base skill, while also providing a +10% critical hit chance buff to the Demon Hunter if she stands in the area of the effect. High level Demon Hunters generally have around 20% critical hit chance, so a 10% improvement is considerable, although critical hit damage is only around 100%, for a single hit.
