Addling Toads is a rune effect in Plague of Toads, a Physical Realm Witch Doctor skill.
This rune effect changes the toads to yellow frogs that deal the same damage as the base version, but that add a 15% chance to Confuse enemies for 4 seconds.

Prior to the skill revision in February 2012, this rune effect was enabled by the Alabaster Rune, granting the following effect with a level 7 runestone:
