Dread Spear is a rune effect in Ancient Spear, a Fury-generating Barbarian skill.
This rune effect grants a life leech property to the attack.
- No Escape: This Barbarian passive skill boosts the damage by 10% and resets the cooldown with a Critical Hit of all Ancient Spear rune effects.
