Nether Tentacles is a rune effect in Elemental Arrow, a Hatred-spending Demon Hunter skill.

This rune effect adds "shadow tentacles" to the arrow. These deal 155% 155% weapon damage to enemies along the arrow's path, and returning 3% of the damage as life to the Demon Hunter.
