Explosive Light is a rune effect in Wave of Light, a Spirit-spending Monk skill.
This rune effect adds to the damage of the effect by shooting burts of energy into nearby enemies. The skill "shoots" out spectral versions of the Monk, which damages any monster in range, and extends out to the edge of the screen.
