Forceful Wave
Forceful Wave is a rune effect in Wave of Force, an Offensive Wizard skill that also works well as a defensive tool.
This rune effect increases the damage from 200% to 260%, making it one of the Wizard's most damaging offensive attacks, given how many enemies can be hit by a single cast of the skill.
