Marked for Death is a Discipline Demon Hunter skill unlocked at Level 23.

Discipline

Cost: 6 Discipline

Marks an enemy. The marked enemy will take 20% additional damage for the next 30 seconds.

Death Toll

10% of damage done to the marked target heals the attacker.

Grim Reaper

[e]

An additional 40% of damage done to the target is also divided among all enemies within 20 yards.

Mortal Enemy

Attacks by the Demon Hunter against the Marked target have a 40% chance to generate 35 Hatred. This effect cannot occur more than once every 1 second.

Contagion

When the target is killed the ability spreads to 8 other nearby targets. This effect can chain repeatedly.

Valley of Death

[e]

Mark an area on the ground 15 yards wide for 22 seconds. Enemies in the area take 20% additional damage.

Note: Information is based on a level 60 character and rank 7 runestones.

Development

Marked for Death was first seen at the July 2011 Press Event, where it was a level 8 skill. Unfortunately, no information about the skill's function was available.
